Liu Ying

Judge Liu Ying, female, was born in June 1980. Liu was on-the-job postgraduate and obtained a master’s degree in civil and commercial law. She started to work in July 2003, successively working as court clerk of Adjudication Supervision Division and Civil Division III, assistant judge of Civil Division III and Civil Division I, judge of Civil Division VI of Guangzhou Panyu District People’s Court; assistant judge of Shenzhen Nanshan District People’s Court.
